One of our specialties is "Day of Venue Management".  This service is truly unique and offers a “twist" to the average “Day of Coordinator".  Our service includes the delivery of client products such as favors, seating boards or place cards, envelope rentals, cake toppers, cake servers, flutes, menus, napkins, cameras and more.  This alleviates the huge burden put on brides the week of their wedding.  Our team also sets up items in the cocktail and reception rooms including the addition of votives, flower petals and any other personal items provided by the client.  Another great feature is management of vendor arrivals and set up… if requested, we can distribute final balances to vendors upon completion of contract obligations.  Our team also assists the client with personal requests, and we always have our “survival kit" for assistance with quick unexpected malfunctions.  Please call for a free consultation!
